Oro quest bugged? - Guild Wars Forums

I was on a 5 man oro run about 3 mins ago and the quest wouldn't start. Where we have to defend him, that part. One group spawned before we got there, but then no more would. Is it bugged?

Where can i get this quest? is it after Sorrow furnace?
